Devo Sajtowo is an engine for a developer's website and offer. Every client gets their own installation, their own look and their own database.
How it works
One installation means one developer and any number of developments. You structure the offer as it is in reality: development, stage, building, floor, unit. Unit types share parameters and plans, and each unit can have exceptions.
What we tailor for you
- Look: colours, fonts, logo, page layouts and, if needed, a theme built from scratch.
- Offer: unit kinds, custom fields and parameters, statuses and their colours, how prices are calculated.
- Website: menu, page sections, forms and message recipients, languages.
- Visualisation: an estate render from your architect or from our 3D scene, with clickable buildings, floors and units.

Compliance and security
Daily price history, the lowest 30-day price on reductions, rights and charges added to the price, export to dane.gov.pl. Data processing and cookie consent, roles with permissions, two-factor login and an audit log.
Plans and visualisations
A 2D plan, a 3D view and a top view for every unit type. Buyers can open them full screen.
Unit page
Parameters, price per m², promotion, ancillary units, documents and an enquiry form in one place.
Price history
A chart of price changes since sales started, with the lowest price and a table of changes for the curious.
